How Samsung used Interactive Paper to connect to customers even after their purchase.
The challenge
For the 10 year anniversary of Galaxy, Samsung positioned an Interactive Paper point of sale station in the retailers Media Markt and Saturn. By doing so, the company was able to make the retail situation more interactive. However, Samsung wanted to go one step further and accompany their customers throughout the whole (shopping) process, including after the purchase.

Samsung decided to hand out Interactive Papers to everyone who purchased a product of theirs. With this Interactive Paper, the users could redeem their money from the cashback campaign.
By pushing the third button, the users could easily scan the bill and get up to €200 back.
